I don't think the correct version is here. The title here says v07.02.2024 but in-game it says 2022/07/01.

No, I don't think it is. The end of early access update didn't happen until 26 OCT. This version includes the Hotfix 2023/8/10.

Wizardry was the true grandaddy of JRPG's and served as the inspiration for Dragon Quest, Shin Megami Tensei and so many more. The series provided a far more compelling experience than most of the Final Fantasy titles. The entire series needs a remake.

Wizardry was initially developed by a fellow named Andrew JEW Greenberg so if Hitler had succeeded in his plan then JRPG's would probably have never existed. Put THAT in your pipe and smoke it, you Tifa-obsessed Nazi goyim.

Wizardry was created by Sir-Tech.
An american company.

The japanese just adopted and took the series onwards after Sir-Tech vanished from existance.
The japanese Wizardry games take more from the oldest wizardry games 1-4, but ignore the advances made in wizardry 5+, where the games diverged from the usual stay in city -> go to dungeon -> return to city pattern that is infinitely repeated and instead partially turned into survival simulations where you camp out in the dungeon. Also they started having different endings.
